The Bond Accountability Commission (BAC) is an independent, non-profit, all-volunteer organization appointed by the chair of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District's Board of Education in consultation with the Mayor of Cleveland.
The BAC was created to monitor the expenditure of funds for construction projects funded by voter approved Issue 14 and Issue 4.
Issue 14 - $335M bond issue and tax levy of 0.5 mills passed in 2001
Issue 4 - $220M bond issue and tax levy of 0.5 mills passed in 2014
